But Jesus invites us, “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).

Stan and Janet Reeder have faithfully served the Church of the Nazarene together for more than 30 years, investing in pastors, churches, and leaders across North America.
Stan has just retired from serving as the Regional Director for USA/Canada, a role he had held since 2020. Prior to this, he spent 25 years serving as a youth pastor and lead pastor in growing churches throughout Canada and the United States before serving for 11 years as Superintendent of the Oregon Pacific District. He holds a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Strategic Planning.
Janet brings decades of leadership experience in healthcare, serving more than 20 years as a registered nurse before leading teams in executive roles, including Regional Vice President of Patient Care for one of the nation's leading healthcare organizations. She has guided teams to top national rankings and is passionate about applying biblical leadership principles in both corporate and ministry settings.
Together, Stan and Janet love encouraging others to live faithfully and lead courageously. They also enjoy spending time with their family, traveling, and experiencing God's creation through outdoor adventures, photography, and bird watching. They are the proud parents of two adult sons, have a wonderful daughter-in-law, and cherish time with their beautiful granddaughter.
